I have been a patient of Dr. Jenkins’ since June 2008. I had been considering LASIK surgery for quite some time and would always ask around for recommendations. Dr. Jenkins’ name often came up as one of the best eye surgeons in Hawaii. Both patients and non-patients who just knew of her work recommended her. I am very pleased with the care I received. The staff is friendly and professional; Dr. Jenkins is always very pleasant. I am usually in a rush and really appreciate that my appointments be timely and thorough. I did not do much research before the surgery, but learned everything I needed to know from Dr. Jenkins and the video I was shown. My vision pre-LASIK was really low and I couldn’t recognize people until they were within a few feet of me. It was a real handicap and quite embarrassing. My surgery was a success. I am glad I did it and recommend Dr. Jenkins to my friends and family.
