My optometrist referred me to Dr. Tyrie Jenkins in 1997. I was considering refractive surgery and was looking for a surgeon who would answer my questions and my concerns. From the start I was impressed with Dr. Jenkins and her staff’s professionalism and care. They are courteous and always helpful. Dr. Jenkins showed care beyond the call of duty and scheduled my post-op checkup appointment on a Sunday. Dr. Jenkins is personal and truly cares about her patients. I was very well prepared for the procedure and it was a success. Since 1997, my eyesight has been 20/20. Not wearing contacts and glasses gave me more freedom, especially while exercising in and out of the water. My eyes are very sensitive and contacts were causing my eyes to be constantly irritated. The LASIK procedure also was the foundation to improving my overall health. I continue to refer my friends and acquaintances to Dr. Jenkins for any eye condition and treatment.
